By accessing and playing on Farlands Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account. Any actions performed under your account are your responsibility. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using hacked clients, cheat modifications, or exploiting bugs
• Harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior towards other players
• Spamming chat or disrupting gameplay
• Sharing inappropriate content or links
• Impersonating staff members or other players
• Real-world trading or account sharing
• Attempting to compromise server security

4. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases made through our store are final. Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Farlands Network management. Chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.

5. Punishments

Violation of these terms may result in temporary or permanent bans from our network. We reserve the right to remove any player at any time for any reason without prior notice or refund.

6. Server Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Farlands Network is not responsible for connection issues, data loss, or downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom content, plugins, designs, and branding on Farlands Network are owned by Farlands Network. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
